These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of https://taswiro.in (the “Site”) and to any order you place with Taswiro. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and acceptance

• An order is confirmed only after payment succeeds and you receive an order confirmation.
• We may cancel or refuse an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. In that case any amount paid is refunded in full.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card details.
• We are not responsible for charges applied by your bank or payment provider.

Products

We try to show colours and designs as accurately as possible, but they may look slightly different on your screen than in print. Slight variations are normal.

Shipping, cancellations and refunds

Delivery, cancellations, replacements and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, text and images on the Site belong to Taswiro or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or resell them without written permission. Prints are for personal use.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity under your account. Please give accurate information when you register and order.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Taswiro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
