Who’s behind the file
One person in India writes, prints and seals every case.
I’m Harsh. I write the cases, print every page and pack every box myself. Crumbs is our pigeon. He sits on every ledge in the city, he’s seen every case, and he only ever gives hints.

How many people can play one box?
One box works for 1 to 6 players sitting around the same table. You can play solo like a true cold-case detective, as a couple on date night, or with a group of friends arguing over chai.
Can I pass the box to a friend after we solve it?
Yes. Unlike some games that ask you to destroy components, you don’t have to write on or cut any original clue. Just slip the documents back into Envelopes I, II, and III in order and hand it to another group.
When will my box ship and how do I pay?
Batch 01 of The Raizada File ships on 8 November (Diwali week) via BlueDart and India Post. We accept UPI, cards, and Cash on Delivery across India.
What if we get completely stuck at 1 AM?
The automated Case Desk is awake 24/7. You can request progressive nudges from Crumbs for any document without spoiling the solution to the envelope.
